Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa meaning “flow.” A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.



Restorative Yoga

A gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of restful poses. Supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience, and help open the skeletal and muscular system of the body. Helping to achieve a state of total relaxation and release.



Yoga Nidra

A state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. The goals of both yogic paths, yoga nidra and meditation are the same. A state of meditative consciousness called Samadhi



Meditation

A practice where an individual uses technique-such as mindfulness and breathing. To achieve mental and emotional clarity and healing to come into a calm and stable state



Trigger Point Therapy

Bodywork Technique, or myofascial practice, that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body
